Aluminium Toecaps

Isco introduced a revolutionary injection method for producing aluminium toecaps — a world first that delivers superior structural integrity, more consistent geometry and a smoother surface finish than conventional press-forming. The result is a toecap that is significantly lighter than steel while maintaining full protective performance to EN ISO 20345.

Our fiberglass reinforced composite toecaps combine high impact resistance with genuinely low weight. Being completely non-metallic, they are thermally and electrically non-conductive — they will not become dangerously cold in freezing environments or heat up around high-temperature equipment. Ideal for construction, cold chain logistics and utilities sectors.

Our 100% metal-free composite toecaps are the specification-correct solution for environments where personnel must pass through metal detection equipment: airports and air cargo handling, secure facilities, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical production and electronic components assembly.

The composite material also provides excellent thermal insulation, making these toecaps effective in both cold storage facilities and high-heat industrial environments. Anti-Shatter Cover

The anti-shatter cover is a metatarsal protection component positioned over the instep of the foot — providing critical impact protection on the upper surface against falling or rolling objects. This is the zone above the toecap that standard safety shoes leave unprotected; the anti-shatter cover bridges that gap.

Manufactured from high-quality resins and fiberglass reinforcement, our anti-shatter covers are lightweight and low-profile, integrating cleanly into existing safety shoe upper designs without adding significant bulk. They complement toecap protection for comprehensive foot coverage in construction, heavy manufacturing and industrial environments requiring the highest protection rating.

Stainless steel anti-perforation midsoles deliver the best and safest nail penetration protection available for safety footwear. Highly flexible despite being completely impenetrable to nails, screws and sharp debris, they provide reliable underfoot protection without restricting natural foot movement or requiring heavier shoe construction.
